Mr Develter est très réactif, il se propose pour être présent et prendre RDV avec les prestataires pour réalisé les diagnostics obligatoires pour la vente.
Il réalise un compte rendu, le soir même, après chaque visite.
La vente s'est fait très rapidemment

Prestations correctes de la part de mr develter , beaucoup de complications dans le dossier 📂, car problèmes d'indivision entre héritiers, l'affaire est partie aux encheres, mais aucune faute pour mr develter qui nous a accompagné avec les démarches notariales, je recommande mr develter!

We sold our mothers property in France, and could not be more pleased with the exceptional service and professionalism shown by Mr Develter. Very refreshing experience to deal with a person who understands the customers needs and delivers such a positive experience throughout the sale process. In a short time the property was beautifully marketed , attracted buyers within a week and an offer within 2 weeks. Mr Devleters network of tradespeople that can help from garden maintenance, financial, notaires to house clearance also proved invaluable. We had feared the process may have been bogged down in bureaucracy being from the UK , however Mr Develter's knowledge and advice took away any such fears ..highly recommended!

Jean-Christophe was recommended to me by a close friend who sold their house near Gorron. From the start he was incredibly active in pursuing leads and reporting back to me. He also produced a nice video and commentary of the property to bring it to life. Whenever there were issues along the way he found solutions; using English-speaking notaires, a bi-lingual foreign exchange dealer in the UK to convert Euros, even down to a local house clearance specialist. While people in Britain balk about the charges that French agents charge, I for one thought it was worth every penny or centime in this instance.
